When solving a problem, these versatile employees draw their inspiration from a wider range of experiences (personal and professional), increasing their creativity. Having changed paths many times before, they are less afraid of change than the average person. Polymaths are innovators at heart, bringing fresh eyes to a topic. Other workplaces remain set in their ways due to tradition or other factors, causing the polymaths to slowly burn out and leave.
